Larry Williams, age 64 of Breckenridge, passed away June 24, 2013 at Hendrick Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 26th at the Apostolic Lighthouse Church with Brother W.C. Roach, Brother Michael Roach, Michael Adams and Brent Crosswhite officiating. Interment will follow at 4 p.m. in the Cottonwood Cemetery in Decatur, Texas under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 25th at Morehart Mortuary.

Larry Eugene Williams was born February 11, 1949 in Breckenridge, Texas to parents Willie Lawrence Williams and Millie Maxine Poynor Williams. He attended Pecos High School and married Patsy Wooten on July 18, 1967 in Pecos. Over the years he worked as a mechanic and auto body repairman at McDowell Chevrolet, Walmart, and had his own shop. Larry enjoyed fishing, woodworking, making things out of leather, John Deere Tractors, and he was known for being able to fix anything. He loved spending time with his family, especially taking family trips to Fredericksburg. Larry was a member of the Apostolic Lighthouse Church and loved his church family dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, one baby daughter, and two brothers.

Larry is survived by his loving wife, Patsy Williams of Breckenridge; three children, Delana Hammick and husband Danny, Larry Williams, Jr., and Jonathan David Williams, all of Breckenridge; three sisters, Sheila Bell of Breckenridge, Debra Wooldridge and husband Daniel of Whittier, North Carolina, and Melissa Hancock of Tomball; five grandchildren, A.J. Hardy, Portia Phillips, Shahalis Phillips, Colten Williams and Dakota Williams; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
